Withdrawal Policy

MID – TERM WITHDRAWAL POLICY 

We hereby understand and agree that we will be liable to pay the complete fee including transportation for that particular academic term of our child / children to the school in case we withdraw or stop our child / children from attending the school before the completion of the academic session as per the school calender and we also understand that there will be no refund of fees if the ward is withdrawn from the school for whatsoever reason.

Undertaking from Parent for paying fee in cash 

I hereby declare that I will be paying the fee by cash as per the terms of the fees structure of the school. In case of failing to pay the fee before the due date, I am liable to pay the fee with a late fee of Rs. 10/- per day. In case of non-payment of fees for one month, I understand that my child’s enrollment shall be cancelled and fresh enrollment can only be obtained by paying only the admission fee.

Undertaking form by Parent 

I Mr. / Mrs. ………………………………………………………… ( father / Mother ) of Master / Ms. ………………………………………………. Aged …………. years herby give my consent to support and cooperate with the school authorities in the remediation and development of academic performance of my child. I completely understand that my child needs to put in extra efforts and will ensure that my child and I will cooperate with the school authorities. It is my responsibility also to motivate and work with the child for improving his/her academic performance.

EMERGENCY PERMISSIONS 

I give my consent for emergency measures to be taken in case of emergency situation due to an accident / violent injury / medical or surgical emergency with the understanding that I ( the father / the mother / the guardian of the student ) shall be notified / informed as soon as possible. The school will accept no responsibility for any unforeseen incident that may occur due to the administration of medicine / treatment in both emergency and non emergency situations, though necessary precautions are taken.
